Steady Pacing Leads to a Solid Mid-Pack Finish Eric Allen completed the Sprint Triathlon in 1:52:25, finishing 174th overall out of 570 participants and 101st among male competitors. In his 30-39 age division, he placed 25th, reflecting a competitive showing in a crowded field. Eric's swim leg stood out, completed in 21:22, moving him into the upper half of his age group early in the race. His transition from swim to bike (T1) took 9:11, an area that could be tightened up to gain a bit more time before heading onto the bike course. The combined bike and run performance carried him through the remainder of the race efficiently, ultimately securing a strong overall placement. With a solid swim and consistent effort across disciplines, Eric demonstrated balanced endurance throughout the event.
