Age-Group Champion Powers Through with a Dominant Bike Leg Jodi Ruby claimed the top spot in her 60-64 division, finishing 176th overall out of 1,987 competitors and 26th among all women. Her swim came in at 21:01, followed by a quick 2:55 transition. The bike leg was the standout performance, covering the course at an average of roughly 19.1 mph and securing her the fastest bike split in her age group a clear strength this season. Coming off the bike, Jodi moved through T2 in just 1:43 and settled into a steady run, holding a pace in the 9:159:30 per mile range for most of the 10K before closing strong with a final push to the finish. With her run pace showing some variability across splits, there may be an opportunity to work on maintaining consistent effort late in the run leg. Overall, this was a well-rounded, division-winning performance anchored by an excellent ride.
