Steady Pacing Powers a Strong Olympic Finish Racing in the 2026 Spudman Olympic Triathlon, this 22-year-old from Provo, UT delivered a well-balanced performance across all three disciplines, finishing in 3:27:11. Her swim leg showed solid positioning, and she carried strong momentum into the bike course, averaging roughly 14.7 mph over the 24-mile ride. A standout stretch came during the middle portion of the bike, where she surged to a 16 mph pace, climbing over 200 overall positions in that segment alone a clear sign of strength and confidence on two wheels. The run leg saw her settle into a consistent rhythm, holding pace admirably as fatigue set in over the final miles. She finished 229th among 982 female finishers and 22nd in her 19-24 age division. With a strong bike foundation already in place, continued focus on maintaining run speed off the bike could unlock even more time in future races.
