Powerful Bike Leg Anchors a Division-Best Finish Autumn's day was defined by a standout bike leg, averaging roughly 19.4 mph over the course, a stretch strong enough to move her into the top 30 overall at multiple points and secure the overall win in the Elite Women division. Her swim split, 20:32, was efficient and set up a smooth transition into the bike course, where she consistently held gender-division splits in the top three throughout the ride. The run brought a steady, controlled pace in the low 8:00s to high 8:30s per mile, holding her position among the top competitors and finishing 5th among all women out of nearly 2,000 participants. With T1 and T2 both under three and a half minutes combined, her transitions were sharp and didn't cost her any ground. Overall, a well-rounded, front-of-field performance from start to finish.
