Strong Bike Split Powers Podium-Contending Olympic Finish Rachael Anderson turned in a well-rounded performance at the 2026 Spudman Olympic Triathlon, highlighted by a bike leg that averaged roughly 14.7 mph over nearly 24.4 miles. She moved steadily through the field on the bike, climbing from 882nd overall after the swim to inside the top 700 by the finish of the ride, showcasing solid power on the rolling terrain. Off the bike, Anderson found her rhythm on the run, negative-splitting from an 8:48 pace early to 8:12 by mile 31, capping the race with a sharp final surge to the line. That consistency helped her climb from 993rd overall after T2 to 610th by the finish, and she placed 3rd in the 1-19 Solo Female division a strong showing that reflects disciplined pacing and a strong closing kick.
