Swim Strength Fuels a Well-Paced Olympic Effort Allison Crockett opened her 2026 Spudman Olympic Triathlon with a standout swim, clocking 20:17 through the Snake River current a performance strong enough to rank her 31st among all women and 5th in her 40-44 age group at that point in the race. She backed it up with crisp transitions, moving through T1 in just 3:00 and T2 in an even quicker 2:16, showing sharp efficiency between disciplines. On the bike, Crockett covered the 24.4-mile course in 1:34:53, averaging roughly 15.4 mph. She then closed out the day with a 56:23 run over the final 6.2 miles, maintaining a steady effort to the finish. All told, she completed the full distance in 2:56:47, finishing 11th in her age division a solid, well-rounded performance across all three disciplines.
