Strong Swim Start Leads to a Solid All-Around Finish Amaya Bangerter opened her race with a standout swim, finishing 33rd overall and 10th among all female athletes in that segmenta clear strength to build on. She carried that momentum into the bike, holding a pace of roughly 13.7 mph over the course, though her overall standing slipped through the ride as the field pushed forward on two wheels. On the run, Amaya settled into a steady rhythm, holding around 10:23 per mile to close out her Sprint Triathlon in 1:51:41, good for 15th in her 1-19 age division. With a swim that ranks among the day's fastest and a run split that stayed consistent from start to finish, sharpening bike speed looks like the clearest path to moving up in future results.
