Strong All-Around Effort Highlighted by a Swift Bike Leg William turned in a well-rounded sprint triathlon performance, finishing in 1:50:35. His swim was steady, and he transitioned into a bike leg that averaged roughly 13.5 mph over the 12.45-mile coursea strong showing that moved him up significantly in the standings, climbing from 226th to 94th overall at one point during the ride. That bike split proved to be the highlight of his day, showing real strength on two wheels. The run leg saw him settle into a consistent rhythm, covering just over 3 miles at approximately a 9:04/mile pace. While his swim and transitions were solid, sharpening his run pace could help him build on the momentum he generated during the bike segment. Overall, a promising result for a young athlete still developing across all three disciplines.
