Consistent Effort Fuels a Strong All-Around Sprint Performance Lily Allred completed her sprint triathlon in 2:14:44, finishing 349th overall out of 570 and 176th among female competitors. Her race unfolded with a steady swim, a solid transition into the bike leg, and a bike split averaging roughly 13.6 mph over the 13.17-mile course. A standout moment came mid-bike, where she surged to a 15.6 mph pace, climbing into the top 200 overall at that pointa clear sign of strong power on the flats. Her run leg showed similar grit, holding an average pace near 11:07 per mile. One standout mile split saw her jump to 87th overall and 9th in her division, a great glimpse of her closing speed potential. Building on that late-race strength could be a great focus for future training blocks.
