Impressive Division Leadership and Consistent Pace Danny delivered a standout performance at the 2026 Santa Barbara Wine Country Half 5K. He clocked an impressive total time of 26:14 for the 3.1-mile race. His average pace was a steady 8:27 min/mile, showcasing consistent splits throughout the race. Impressively, he led his division (M35-39) from the second mile onward, ultimately finishing first in his division. Analyzing the splits, his pace increased from 8:39 in the first mile, improving to 8:34 and then 8:16 in the subsequent miles. This consistent improvement illustrates effective pacing strategy and endurance. Danny also maintained a strong position, ranking 16th among males and 22nd overall out of 352 participants.
