Consistent Leadership with a Strong Finish The team "Ravs" from Los Angeles delivered a solid performance at the 2026 Santa Barbara Wine Country Half, running as a co-ed relay. They finished with an impressive time of 1:34:38, maintaining an overall pace of 7:13 min/mile. The team started strongly by leading the race for the first six miles. They had a notable initial mile split of 6:08 min/mile and a consistent pace, with all first-half splits being under 7 minutes, maintaining the top position until the 6th mile. In the latter part of the race, the pace had slight increases, particularly between miles 7 and 13 where the pace ranged from 7:20 to 8:14 min/mile, resulting in a second-place finish out of 309 participants. For future races, focusing on sustaining the mid-race pace could be beneficial. Well done team "Ravs" on a commendable performance!
