Consistent Pace Achieved with Steady Progression Max Parker participated in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest's 8K event, completing the course in a time of 35:05, at a commendable average pace of 7:03 min/mile. A consistent performance was displayed through his ability to maintain a steady pace throughout each mile, starting with a 7:17 min/mile pace and improving to sub-7:05 min/mile for the subsequent splits. Notably, Max improved his position within his Men's 30-34 division from 40th to 38th by the third mile.
