Consistent Performance with Notable Endurance Zhen Wang participated in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest half marathon, clocking a final time of 1:54:11 with an average pace of 8:42 min/mile. Her performance was steady, especially in the early miles, as evidenced by split paces consistently under 9:00 min/mile for the majority of the race. Notably, miles 3 to 5 were strong, maintaining a pace roughly around 8:42 min/mile, which contributed significantly to her performance. Zhen showed remarkable resilience with strong finishes in the final stages. In particular, her speed noticeably picked up after mile 8, hitting a swift 7:44 min/mile pace in mile 10. She was able to regain her positioning well after a mid-race fluctuation in the standings, ultimately placing 33rd in her division among 131 participants.
