Consistent Improvement Across the Distance Katriel Perry demonstrated notable progress in pacing throughout the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon. Starting with an 11:04-minute mile for the first mile, they progressively improved their pace, hitting a swift 8:14-minute mile in the final mile. This adjustment shows a steady enhancement in speed, culminating in a finish time of 2:11:17 and an overall pace of 10:01 minutes per mile. A standout achievement is the substantial leap in positioning during the third mile, where placement improved remarkably to 366 overall and 26 in the division. Despite fluctuations in positioning throughout, Katriel maintained a cohesive performance, finishing at 2293 overall and 160 in the division. Continued focus on maintaining the improvements seen in miles 12 and 13 could lead to even better overall pacing in future races.
