Strong Mid-Race Recovery with a Solid Finish Alisha Bryant, representing the Dad Bods team, successfully completed the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon in a time of 1:36:23. Her consistent pacing is evident, with an overall pace of 7:21 min/mile. Starting strong, Alisha managed to maintain consistent pacing throughout the first 3 miles, posting similar split times ranging from 7:08 to 7:26 min/mile. This enabled her to steadily climb in placement, demonstrating effective energy management early in the race. Mid-race, Alisha's pace dipped slightly during miles 6 and 7 with split paces of 7:41 and 7:42 min/mile, respectively. However, she demonstrated remarkable resilience by regaining momentum in the later miles. Notably, she clocked an impressive 6:50 min/mile in mile 12, highlighting a strong recovery and finish. Securing 7th in her division (F20-24) among 4,421 participants overall, Alishas efforts and strategy paid off admirably.
