Consistent Performance with Notable Split Recovery Lindsay Lindala's participation in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest 8K demonstrated strong and balanced pacing throughout the race. Her initial mile was clocked at 6:59, placing her 196th overall. Despite a slight decrease in speed, with her second mile at 7:13, Lindsay adeptly regained pace in the third mile to achieve a 7:03 split, notably improving her placement to 112th overall and climbing in her division to 8th. Her overall performance at a 7:07 min/mile pace reflects consistency, finishing the event in 35:24. Lindsay secured 75th place among all female participants and 12th in the F40-44 division. A noted strength was her ability to recover pace in the third mile. Continuing to focus on maintaining early and late-race pacing could optimize future performances even further.
