Strong Finish with Progressive Gains Andrey Lungu displayed a notably progressive performance at the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest. His pacing improved consistently in the latter half of the race. Starting with a pace of 8:59 min/mile in the first mile, he strategically improved his pace each subsequent mile, with an impressive final mile at 6:50 min/mile. This acceleration contributed significantly to his overall time of 1:48:01. In addition to pacing, Andrey demonstrated a marked improvement in positioning.
