He completed the race with a final time of 29:29, maintaining an overall pace of 9:30 min/mile. Though the second and third mile paces slowed to 9:28 and 10:33 respectively, he displayed steady effort throughout. Completion of this 5K placed Levi 863rd among males and 103rd in his division of MUnder 15, among a large field of 6521 participants. For future races, focusing on maintaining early strength could help improve pacing in later miles. Despite a widening gap between initial and subsequent split times, finishing in the top 20% of his division is commendable.
