Consistent Splits Highlight Steady Effort Lisa A Anderson demonstrated a consistent performance at the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest 5K presented by Toyota. Her split times showed a steady pace throughout the race. She started with a 19:15 pace for the first mile and improved to a 17:58 pace in the second mile, gaining ground and moving up in her division F60-64 from 62nd to 56th place. Her pace slightly increased in the third mile to 18:41, but she maintained a disciplined effort overall. Her final time was 57:22, finishing with an average pace of 18:30 per mile. Lisa showcased great consistency, particularly in the latter half of the race. Joining the AH Pipsters, she represented Tillamook, OR among a field of 6521 participants. While her performance was solid, further refining the pace in the latter stages could further enhance performance in future races.
