Impressive Consistency and Strong Finish Karen Locke maintained strong and steady pacing throughout the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon, finishing with an impressive time of 1:58:44. Her overall pace was 9:03 min/mile. Notably, she demonstrated solid progression, significantly quickening her pace in the final miles, with her fastest split in mile 13 at 8:14 min/mile. She finished in the top 10 of her division F55-59, an admirable achievement highlighting her consistency and endurance. Karen's performance showcased consistent pacing with strategic efforts at specific stages of the race. While starting with a 9:16 min/mile pace, she improved her split pace notably by mile 10 with a pace of 8:21 min/mile. Maintaining a strong place within the race field, Karen finished 398th among female participants and 1505th overall in a field of 4,421 runners.
