Steady Performance with Balanced Pace Erika Mills from Portland, OR completed the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest 5K with an overall time of 32:11, maintaining an average pace of 10:22 min/mile. Starting strong with a 9:49 min/mile for her first mile, she ranked 325th among females at this point. Over the second mile, the pace increased to 10:29 min/mile, which saw her position fall slightly to 660th. The final mile, completed at a pace of 10:49 min/mile, led to an overall placement of 772nd among females. Erika finished 170th in her age division (F25-29) and contributed to her team, Team Orangetheory. With the overall female field consisting of upwards of 3000 participants, maintaining a steady pace near her average is commendable.
