Consistent Pacing with Strong Mid-Race Surge Roselily demonstrated steady pacing at the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest with notable improvement in the second mile. Starting with a pace of 12:30 min/mile, she progressively picked up the pace, reaching 11:29 min/mile at mile two, contributing to a significant positional gain in her division from 314th to 194th. Maintaining an almost consistent pace through miles three and four, Roselily held a placement around the top third of her division. Her total time of 1:00:51 over the 8K distance, with an overall pace of 12:14 min/mile, highlights her ability to manage and sustain her energy throughout the race. Finishing 387th in the F30-34 category, Roselilys results reflect strong middle-mile performance.
