Consistent Pace with Strong Division Standings Bhoomi Puligundla, a 12-year-old participant from Portland, OR, successfully completed the 5K Run at the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest. Throughout the race, Bhoomi maintained a consistent pace with slight variations. Starting with a 16:17 min/mile pace for the first mile, she increased to 17:22 min/mile in the second mile, and concluded with a 19:32 min/mile pace in the third mile. The overall elapsed time was 54:46, with an average pace of 17:40 min/mile. While Bhoomi's overall place was 5458 out of 6521 participants, her age division (FUnder 15) placement showed promise; she ranked 186th, a noteworthy position among young runners.
