Consistent Improvement in 5K Performance Hannah Fisher from Portland, OR, delivered a solid 5K performance at the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest. With an overall time of 30:49, her average pace was 9:56 min/mile. As part of Team Epson 2026, she showed impressive progress throughout the race. She began with a 10:11 pace, which she improved to 10:09 by the second mile, and finished her third mile at 9:40 pace. Notably, her placement improved as the race progressed, moving from 1171st to 996th and finally to 1605th overall. In her division (F30-34), she climbed from 83rd to as high as 60th during the race, before concluding at 90th in her category. Considering 6,521 total participants, these results demonstrate a solid performance, particularly in maintaining and improving her pace. Maintaining a consistent pace across the race could be a focus for future events. Great job on the dedication and effort, Hannah!
