Consistent Pacing and Strong Performance in Half Marathon Kami Pahl from Forest Grove, OR demonstrated consistent pacing at the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon. Finishing with an elapsed time of 2:09:46 and an average pace of 9:54 min/mile, Kami displayed strong progression throughout the race. Notably, Kami's split pace improved in the latter stages, clocking her fastest mile at 9:05 during mile 12. Kami placed 2204th out of 4421 participants, which highlights her solid performance among a large field. Her performance in the F30-34 division was commendable, improving from 161st at the start to 152nd by the end of the race. Maintaining a consistent pace before progressively increasing her speed in the final miles is a significant takeaway. Continued focus on pacing strategy will bolster her performance for future races.
