Consistent Pace with Strong Division Finish Ashley Althaus showcased remarkable consistency during the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon, maintaining an impressive pace of 6:07 min/mile. Her final elapsed time was 1:20:10, placing her 1st in the F35-39 division, a testament to her excellent control and endurance. Noteworthy was her performance during mile 10, clocking a standout split of 5:48. This effort helped her secure 4th in gender out of a strong field. Ashley demonstrated strong pacing through the first half, with splits consistently around the 6-minute mark. However, mile 8 presented a slight drop-off, where her pace slipped to 7:05. Despite this, Ashley recovered strongly, closing the race with competitive splits under 6 minutes in the final miles. Continued focus on pacing mid-race could enhance overall performance further.
