Strong Start with Consistent Pace, Slight Decrease in Later Splits Mario Rodriguez showed strong initial consistency, hitting the mile 1 mark in 10:17 and progressively improving his pace over the next four splits: 10:06, 10:03, 10:01, and a commendable 9:54 by mile 5. The most notable move was a mid-race improvement in his placement, surging ahead from 2496th to 2423rd overall and 190th in his category. After mile 5, the pace shifted slightly, with mile 6 at a 10:40 pace and mile 7 slowing to 12:33. Mile 8 saw the greatest deceleration at a 15:17 pace, which might need attention in future training. Despite this, he managed to stabilize his pace for the remainder. Concluding with an overall time of 2:24:56, Mario finished strong, representing the Team Cruzaders honorably.
