Starting with an 8:55 pace, Henry remarkably quickened his pace in the third mile, achieving his fastest split at 6:22 per mile. This acceleration not only lifted his placement significantly within his division M30-34, from 182nd to 118th place but also showcased his ability to adapt and push through the race. Throughout the event, Henry maintained an average pace of 8:21 min/mile. His overall performance was consistent, with fluctuations appearing minimal after the initial few miles.
