Notably, she achieved a faster pace of 8:02 in the 10th mile, highlighting a well-planned push towards the latter part of the race. Focusing on split analysis, Shan's times were competitively consistent, even as she navigated slight slower segments between miles 8 to 12. However, her ability to accelerate later, as seen in her 8:38 split in mile 12, demonstrated strong endurance and race strategy.
