Consistent Performance with a Strong Finish Serafina Ferruzzi completed the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon in 2:22:16, representing the Rock Creek Run Club. Her overall split pace averaged 10:51 min/mile over the 13.1-mile race. Notably, her performance ranked her 137th in the F20-24 division out of 168 competitors. Starting with an 11:35 min/mile pace in the initial mile, she faced a slower second mile at 19:13 min/mile but then steadily improved back to consistent mile times. Throughout the course, Serafina demonstrated significant resilience by maintaining consistent mile times from mile 5 through mile 10, averaging between 11:06 and 11:08 min/mile. Impressively, she finished strong with her fastest pace of 9:41 min/mile in the final mile.
