Consistent Pacing with Notable Improvement on Final Miles Rachael's performance in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon demonstrated consistent pacing throughout the race. She completed the 13.1 miles in a total time of 2:32:33, maintaining a solid average pace of 11:38 min/mile. Notably, her pace exhibited improvement after the halfway mark. From Miles 6 to 10, Rachael consistently reduced her split times, particularly climbing to a peak pace of 10:24 min/mile at Mile 10. Her ability to adjust her pace upward in the latter part of the race is commendable. This aspect could be further optimized to enhance her overall performance. Rachael finished 290th in her division out of 4421 participants overall. Focusing on maintaining these faster split times in earlier stages could yield even more significant results in future races.
