Notably, Marco improved his overall placement from 1832 at mile one to 1536 by mile two. His mid-segments, specifically miles 5 to 8, showed slightly increasing split times, with mile 8 reaching 12:19, creating a valuable area for pace recovery next time. A significant performance highlight for Marco was his strong finish in the last mile. Recording a split time of 10:15 in the final mile, Marco successfully maintained a steady pace, culminating in his official race time of 2:18:25.
