Consistent Effort Across All Splits Danielle Ketrow from Hillsboro, OR, competed in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest in the 5K Run category. She maintained a consistent pace throughout the race. Her first-mile pace was 12:32 min/mile, finishing in place 267 of the F30-34 division. She completed the 5K with a total time of 41:23 and an overall pace of 13:21 min/mile. For the next two splits, while her pace slightly declined to 13:52 and 13:50 min/mile, respectively, she kept a steady rhythm. Notably, there was only a minor variation in her pacing, which is commendable for maintaining endurance. Danielle finished in place 406 of her division, F30-34, and was part of the team Allen made me do it. Practicing increasing pace towards the latter part of races could help in future competitions.
