Consistent Performance in 5K Race Julia maintained a steady pace throughout the 5K with an average pace of 10:33 min/mile, which is a good indicator of endurance and consistency for the race duration. Starting with a swift pace of 10:21 min/mile in the first mile, she completed this segment in 10:21. While the second mile took slightly longer at 11:11, she regained speed in the third mile with a split time of 10:20. Overall, Julia secured the 62nd place in her F45-49 division out of a substantial number of participants. Within the total pool of 6521 participants in the race, she placed 2195th overall and 873rd in the female category. Continued focus on pacing strategy could further enhance her placement in future races. Participation as part of the Poole Running Lab team may have also provided a motivational boost.
