Steady Progress and Strong Finish Sarah Ciampa displayed a strategic approach in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon with consistent pacing throughout the race. Starting with a 10:00 min/mile pace, she steadily increased her speed, maintaining sub 9:45 min/mile paces from mile 2 to mile 8. Her fastest split came during the final mile with a noteworthy time of 7:59. Sarah completed the 13.1-mile race with an overall time of 2:00:17 and an average pace of 9:10 min/mile. Finishing 1632nd overall, she excelled by clinching the 49th position in her division (F40-44) out of a total of 4421 participants. A strong focus on pacing in the middle and end miles enabled her to improve position significantly, reflected by her enhanced ranking in later stages.
