Consistent Performance with Notable Division Standing Liliane maintained a steady pace in the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest 5K. Her overall time was 35:24, with an average pace of 11:25 min/mile. Consistency was key in the race, as seen in her splits. She maintained a nearly constant pace, starting with 11:14 min/mile for the first mile then slightly accelerating to 11:09 min/mile in the second mile. The third mile saw a slight drop-off to 11:46 min/mile, which affected her overall elapsed pace minimally. Notably, Liliane placed 20th in her F50-54 division after the first mile and finished 43rd by the end. The drop in rank by 23 positions is minor among 6521 participants. Within her gender category, she finished strong at 1343 out of a competitive field. Working on maintaining the early mile pace in the final mile could enhance future performance.
