Starting at a pace of 7:58 min/mile, he quickly adjusted, gradually increasing his speed, especially notable in the third mile with an impressive 5:26 min/mile split. His position improved significantly, moving from 449th to maintaining around 125th overall after mile 10, and finishing strong at 110th overall in a field of 4,421 participants.
