Mid-race placement improved significantly, moving from 78th to 39th place overall. The early and mid-race pacing was maintained with precision, leading to an impressive initial surge through miles 2 to 4. A slight slow-down occurred between miles 5 to 8, where splits ranged from 6:45 to 8:24 min/mile, suggesting potential areas for focus in endurance training sessions.
