Her split deconstruction reveals a steady increment in pace, clocking 12:29 and 12:35 min/mile paces for the next two miles. Its worth noting that Lisa maintained her position in the F45-49 category, where she was consistently ranked 82nd for the first two miles before concluding at 127th. Overall, Lisas performance resulted in a total time of 37:50, with an average overall pace of 12:12 min/mile. Her final standings were 1,757th among female participants and 3,583rd overall. While her place in the F45-49 category shifted in the final phase, consistently managing her pace will contribute to improvements in endurance.
