Consistent Effort with Gradual Improvement Bryce VonDracek delivered a steady performance at the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest 5K. He completed the 3.1-mile course in a total elapsed time of 43:40, which equates to an average pace of 14:05 min/mile. Starting strong, Bryce clocked an initial split time of 12:52 for the first mile, securing 1322nd place in his gender and 151st in his division for Under 15. Notably, Bryce showed a resilience in pacing as he improved from a 16:04 min/mile pace in the second mile to a 13:38 min/mile pace by the third mile. He finished 218th in his division, indicating a strong finish among his peers. While there was a slight decrease in his overall placement as the race progressed, his ability to increase his pace in the final mile suggests an excellent capacity to recover and push through the latter stages of the race.
