Consistent Performance with Strategic Finish Aline maintained a consistent pace throughout the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon, presented by Toyota. Starting with a steady 9:25 min/mile, her pace remained relatively stable early on, with slight variations during the first five miles. Her pace slowed in the middle portion, reaching 11:16 min/mile at mile 6, suggesting a potential challenge during that section. However, she regained momentum, improving her pace significantly in the final stages, finishing the race with a strong 9:14 min/mile. Despite a mid-race slowdown, Aline showed an admirable ability to recover, closing out the race with a solid final stretch and maintaining an overall pace under 10 min/mile. She placed 157th in her age division and 713th among women overall out of 4421 participants. Consider focusing on maintaining the early momentum further into the race in future events.
