Consistent Pacing and Strong Finish in the Half Marathon Alysia Cox delivered a steady performance at the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest. She maintained a consistent pace throughout the half marathon, averaging 8:44 min/mile over the 13.1 miles. Alysia's splits revealed varied pacing strategies, notably her impressive pace at Mile 3 with 7:12 min/mile, the fastest of the race, achieving her highest division placement at 15th. Additionally, she demonstrated resilience and endurance with a well-executed finish, culminating the event with a split time of 8:20 for the last mile. Her final time of 1:54:24 placed her 286th among female participants and 34th in the F40-44 division. Despite some fluctuations in her rankings during the middle miles, such as dropping to 48th in her division at Mile 2, Alysia demonstrated a commendable finish.
