Notably, through the first four miles, Sora kept a consistent increase in pace, with each split improving slightly and keeping her at 39th in her division for several miles. However, as the race progressed, Sora's pace began slowing after mile 5, averaging around 9:28 min/mile from miles 8 to 10. This resulted in a drop in her division standings as well. Focusing on maintaining the consistency from early miles and adapting to fatigue in the latter stages could yield performance gains.
