Consistent Pacing with a Strong Finish Tina maintained a steady pace throughout the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon, showing particular strength near the race's conclusion. She started with a consistent 9:15 min/mile pace in the first mile and achieved a cumulative pace of 9:19 min/mile by the end of the race. Her strategic pacing was evident in the latter part of the race, especially between miles 10 to 13, where she increased her speed, completing mile 10 with an impressive 8:44 min/mile pace and closing the final mile in 8:34 min/mile. Notably, Tina's placement in her division remained consistently within the top 12, ultimately securing the 11th position in the F55-59 category. Her performance in the final miles was key to maintaining this strong placement. Continuing to build on the ability to accelerate in the latter part of the race will be beneficial in future races. The team's camaraderie could further enhance her performance in upcoming events.
