Consistent Pace, Strong Finish Kathryn maintained an admirable and consistent pace throughout the race, finishing the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon in a time of 1:52:20. Her average pace was 8:34 min/mile, completing 13.1 miles. Noteworthy is a significant recovery in mile 3, where she clocked the fastest split of 6:43 min/mile. Her placement in the Female 35-39 Division was 34th out of a large field, which reflects her competitive performance. Kathryn also showed resilience by climbing back in positioning after temporarily dropping to 54th in her division following the second mile. She skillfully improved her pace over the closing miles, with split times consistently under 9 minutes after mile 9. Its an indication of strong endurance, especially towards the end of the run. Focusing on maintaining an even pace earlier in the race could further enhance her performance and consistency.
