Progressively improving throughout the race, his pace quickened significantly, hitting 9:49 min/mile in the tenth mile. This boosted his standing, culminating in a remarkable final placement of 302nd in the M25-29 division out of 4421 total participants. A notable improvement was seen between the fourth and sixth miles, where Maximiliano transitioned from a 9:55 min/mile to 9:19 min/mile, demonstrating strategic pacing.
