Consistent and Strong 8K Effort Stephanie ran a well-paced 8K at the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest with a final time of 34:01, showcasing an even split performance. Her average pace was 6:50 per mile across the 4.97 miles. Starting strong, she completed the first mile at a 6:54 pace and maintained a competitive speed throughout the race. Notably, in the third mile, Stephanie clocked in at a 6:52 pace, her fastest split segment. The final mile slight decrease in pace to 6:57 shows a minor slowdown that can be focused on for maximizing future performance. In terms of positioning, Stephanie concluded 215th overall out of 5185 participants, and notably placed 59th in her gender category and 9th in the F40-44 division. Joining from Beaverton and representing Bowerman Track Club, Stephanies participation added momentum to the competitive atmosphere.
