Consistent Pace Leads to Steady Improvement Hollie Arnold successfully completed the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest 5K, showing notable pace consistency across the course. Throughout the race, Hollie maintained a relatively steady pace, beginning with an 11:32 min/mile for the first mile, improving to a 10:52 min/mile in the second mile, and finishing with an 11:08 min/mile for the third mile. Such consistent pacing resulted in a final time of 34:37, averaging an 11:10 min/mile overall. A significant achievement was gaining ground throughout the event, notably improving her division position from 75th to 50th by the end of the second mile.
