Consistent Performance With Room for Strategic Pacing Khadija Sheikh-Wali displayed a consistent performance at the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest 5K Run. Starting with a solid first mile at a 10:08 min/mile pace, Khadija placed 1,151st overall. Her pace slightly decreased in the second and third miles to 10:37 and 11:05 min/mile, respectively. Despite this, Khadija managed to maintain a strong finish with an overall time of 32:48 and an average pace of 10:34 min/mile. Representing Team Orangetheory, Khadija completed the race placing 888th in the female category and 193rd in her F25-29 division among 6,521 participants. Refining her pacing strategy could enhance her performance further, especially in maintaining consistent or even negative splits throughout the race.
