Consistent Pacing with Strong Performance in Key Splits Molly maintained a strong and consistent pace throughout the 2026 Shamrock Run Fest Half Marathon. She demonstrated excellent pacing in the first half of the race, starting with a 7:21 min/mile and slightly adjusting around 7:18-7:22 min/mile through the next several splits. Notably, her strategic split at mile 10 clocked in at 6:59 min/mile, her fastest of the race, marking a powerful pickup toward the end of the run. While her overall place was 315th out of 4421 participants, she placed within the top 10 in her division, F35-39, finishing 8th. Keeping a steady pace of 7:28 min/mile overall is commendable, although there's potential to work on maintaining that early race speed in the later stages. Despite some minor fluctuations in pace between miles 6 and 8, her final kick at mile 12 was impressive with a 6:57 min/mile split, showcasing her strong finishing capabilities.
